1. Access the Affymetrix homepage
2. Make an online account and login
3. Access the Affymetrix NetAffx homepage
4. Search an Affymetrix ID of the appropriate poplar gene
5. Copy the Affymetrix ID
6. Access Poplar eFP Browser
7. Paste the Affymetrix ID in the column of Poplar Probeset
8. Press "Go"
