> アンケートとは、多数のステークホルダーに配布する質問集のことである。回答は集計され、その結果に基づいて結論が出される。おそらく、アンケートの最大の特徴は、ステークホルダーからデータを収集する前に、質問を定式化できるという点である。アンケートは単純そうに見えるが、危険を伴っている。質問の選び方が、結果に大きく影響してくる。（中略）アンケートは、本書で説明している中では、いちばん「ちょうど十分」な要求を導き出しにくいテクニックである。
> アンケートは、いくつかの特定の質問に対する回答を必要としている場合に選ぶべきテクニックである。たとえば、要求収集の大部分を、ファシリテートされたグループミーティングやインタビューを通じて行う場合には、非常に効果的である。（後略）
